- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, intimate items, customized products) may not be eligible.
Process:

2. We will provide instructions and a return address (supplier’s warehouse address may apply).
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
